Morning Coupon Friends!
It has been a whirlwind the past few weeks.
First of all we found a house that we fell in love with. We had a contract on another house but it was a short sale and it was taking FOREVER to hear from the bank. Our agent is magnificent and she worked her magic. We got out of our contract AND got our earnest money back. :) We put a contract on the 2nd house and well in less than 25 days from start to finish we will be closing in a week! That was God's hand for sure!
Another reason I haven't been posting is because my husband and I took a much needed vacation to Mexico. We were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary and my birthday (how old you ask, 29 of course! Apparently May babies have a hard time counting). We met our sweet, dear friends from Memphis Catherine and Jayson there and had an amazing week of relaxation. I sure do miss our friends and I miss our butler Wilson about as much...is that bad?
So between the house and vacation it has been a crazy few weeks! Don't despair though as soon as we close on our house I will be busy building my stockpile once again and sharing how I am doing it.
